An exhibition of my paintings of the Lake District and Teesdale in the Witham Gallery for the month of October 2025..

Open Studios
Open Studio
No open studios are scheduled at the moment, but visitors are most welcome to 2 Raby Avenue, Barnard Castle, DL12 8AJ by arrangement.
Visitors to my studio will find recent work, cards and prints on display as well as current work in progress. Browsers are welcome. I am always happy to chat and share a cup of tea! It is also an ideal opportunity to pick up a bargain, as I usually have some selected work for sale at reduced prices.
I am just 200 yards from the main post office and the castle entrance in Barnard Castle.
There is unlimited street parking in the road outside.
The studio is on the ground floor but there are 2 steps to the front door. Access is available on request by the back door, which has just one smaller step.
Any future weekends will be announced here, on Facebook or Instagram and by email if you contact me to confirm your address. However, you are welcome to visit at any time. If you are making a special journey just get in touch to make sure that I will be in.

Buying my work online
My gallery pages show a selection of current work which is available to purchase, together with details of sizes and prices.
If you are interested in a painting, please get in touch. I will confirm its availability and send any more information, images etc you would like. (Shipping is generally included in the price in the UK.) If you wish to go ahead, I will then send you an invoice via email.
Because of the difficulties of shipping glass, all work on paper is sold unframed. Paintings are mounted in 'off white' mounts, so that if you wish you can fit them yourself straight into a standard sized frame.
Limited edition prints are £45 each, and are for sale at Bowlees Visitor Centre and a few in my studio.
